We want you and your pet to love everything you order from Pawtify. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

📦 1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved tags)

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

🔁 3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@pawtify.net with your order number and a photo of the issue.

💸 4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

📮 5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us first at hello@pawtify.net to receive return instructions.

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

⏳ 6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
